Polyisocyanurate Boards have closed cell type structure with rigid foam based construction. Cellular structure of these boards is constituted of over 90% closed cells. These thermally insulated boards are installed on false ceiling, HVAC ducting system, roof, wall and floor to maintain ambient temperature of structure interior. These boards basically act as insulation cores that are positioned or sandwiched between kraft paper or aluminum foil. Polyisocyanurate Boards are completely environment friendly for their CFC free design. Moreover, these are chemically protected and have no unpleasant smell.
